Cancellation Policy for Greenpass.com hereafter referred to as “the event ticket booking platform.”
1.1 The ticket holder may request a cancellation of their event ticket(s) by contacting the event ticket booking platform through the designated channels, such as customer support or the user account dashboard.
1.2 The refund policy for the canceled ticket(s) will depend on the terms and conditions set by the event organizer. The event ticket booking platform will facilitate the refund process based on the event organizer's policies.
1.3 The ticket holder must comply with any deadlines or conditions specified by the event organizer or the event ticket booking platform for requesting a cancellation. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in the ticket holder's inability to receive a refund.
1.4 Any refund processing fees or service charges incurred during the initial ticket purchase or cancellation may be non-refundable and will be borne by the ticket holder.

5.2 Any legal actions or proceedings related to the cancellation policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction of Pune, India where the event ticket booking platform is based.
